During practice this morning, everything went okay, even though I skipped a few days because of a flu condition and also because of a tooth extraction. Base chakra had shut down because of the anesthesia but I got it going again okay. Like starting up a car which sat out for some months and got a dead battery.

Success was there doing what Lahiri stipulated about making the cells give up their carbon dioxide hoarding tendency by pushing fresh air into the cells and not letting them keep the carbon dioxide separately. Some cells hoard the carbon dioxide. They have that tendency but if a yogi works hard enough with the breath infusion, this can change.

Who will do the work, the student or the teacher?

Will God do it for you?

More or less in this session everything was exploding in the trunk of the subtle body. It is a trick to get the kundalini to burst out and go all over the trunk rather than for it to shoot through sushumna nadi into the head. Trunk of the subtle body must be cleared of stale energy. Fresh prana needs to replace all stale energy which lurks in various corners. The thighs, legs and feet, arms, forearms and hands must also be cleared of stale energy.

A comment about the flu condition, for I think is worthy of mentioning, for those that are not aware.

When getting a flu or cold, treating it with MMS will destroy it in hours, as the virus and/or bacteria will literally "evaporate" or explode when facing MMS, due to the oxidation potential of MMS (0.95 volts).

MMS will cure or abate malaria, cirrhosis, fungal infections, many cancers (accounting for the viral or pathogenic origin of them).
