The relationship with the deity begins in this world by serving the interest of the deity while one uses a physical body and an astral form. The deity or the agent of the deity comes into the material world and does actions and gives instructions which would make the individual spirit (atma) compatible to the existence of the deity.
If the atma is able to follow these directions, it develops a culture which causes it to eventually assume a spiritual body in the spiritual world.
The guidelines on what that culture is, are given in the Bhagavad Gita. In there the Supreme Person lays out how one must behave so as to make the spiritual self adapt to compatibility with Person God.
If one begins to follow the directions of the Person God during material existence, then one will in time become attracted to going to the provinces of the Person God in the spiritual world.
Arjuna was instructed in the way to act in order to eventually be attracted to and transit to the spiritual world. Krishna said that he was teaching the method of behavior (karma yoga) through which a person becomes compatible to the Person God.
When that behavior becomes ingrained, then one finds that one gets a revelation about the spiritual world and that impetus causes us to go full out in gaining entry into that divine place.

If someone wants to migrate from a third world country into the USA, that person has to show the embassy officials certain assets and character record.
Similarly we see that in the case of Jesus Christ, he claimed that somebody sent him into the world to explain how to attain that deity.
And also in Bhagavad Gita there are descriptions of Krishna's world and how to migrate there.
The question of: -----
Is He God?
Is She God?
----- is really nonsensical.
The real question is:
Where does this deity hang out?
Is it a place where I would like to migrate?
How do I get a transcendental visa to go there?
What are the qualifications which I must attain for entry there?

It’s very strange, but your first post reads like a commentary of a group of experiences I am currently writing.
Your second post reads like temporary questions I could try to answer very interesting. New angles in which to look at things, great!
