Recall Chambers of Memory

During exercises, kundalini rose on one side, when after an infusement of breath energy, I intuitively stretched that side. After that I repeated the infusement again by rapid breathing and then stretched to the other side, and kundalini rose with the same quantity of impetus.
In some cases, when one practices like this, kundalini does not rise on the other side, or it may rise only partially in reference. The main effort is to practice without worrying about these matters. The more one practices and the more one clears out various tiny tubes in the subtle body, the more kundalini will be able to get itself in every part of the system in a satisfactorily way.
If kundalini is able to blast out one side of one part of the body, say the left side or right side, if one keeps doing that, then kundalini will finish its infusement of that side and will of its own accord begin attacking the dark energy in the other side. Thus one should not waste time and mental energy considering why kundalini did not rise in a balanced way.
During this session after doing the breath infusions for about 20 minutes, kundalini rose evenly through the front part of the body, coming up around the navel and then into the rib cage and then into the neck. This felt like tiny frost sparklets, twinkling like energies with micro charges.
Incidentally usually I have to make an effort to file these experiences in the recall chamber of the memory, since if I do not do that, I will be unable to report this since there would be no memory of this.
In some cases, when the recall chamber of memory is filled up, I usually scribble down a notation quickly and then return to complete the exercises. Failure to make these notes or to transfer records of these experiences into the recall chamber would result in my not writing so many books and in my not making these entries which I could share with others.
There were many great yogis in the past, who did not make such notes nor take the time and effort to transfer their experiences into the recall chambers of memory, and thus we have no record of their progress and cannot benefit from their experiences.
Science has shown us the importance of keeping records since science has journals for filing research information and this has accelerated scientific development for the entire human race, both in the negative and positive sense since we have the nuclear bomb as a result as well as many things which are positive to humanity.
One of the main reasons why Sir Paul and myself began this forum, was to encourage persons who meditate, to file their experiences, but we find that people are reluctant to do so for one reason or the other. However we are still encouraging everyone to participate. In science we see that there are journals in which they file their researches and even the novices, get the opportunity to report on what they are doing. We have the same intention.
