Random Subtle Head Configuration

Suppose that suddenly there was confusion within the material body, where the heart decided that it would operate like the liver and the spleen decided that it should abandon its duties. What chaos would that be?
In the field of medical science, physicians struggle with the chaotic activity which occurs in the bodies of patients. But the same thing occurs within the mind, within the head of the subtle body, where the energy configuration may be obstructive to higher meditation practice.
Is a healthy body and mind your God-given or nature-assigned right?
Were you supposed to go through your life without a hitch, with everything in order at all times?
Why do some persons fall apart even with just a little stress while others welcome more and more stress with open arms?

Breath infusion practice this morning was as usual, very interesting. The thing some students do not get is that you have to make the practice interesting by plowing your mind into it, by investing your interest into it. Just doing the practice, because you are told to, is not enough. You may begin practicing with that instruction from a teacher but at some stage, you must have an interest in the practice and you may have to push your interest into it, if a deep interest does not come naturally to you.
During the practice, Sri Lahiri beamed himself into my psyche using a supernatural shadow form. He said this:

There is another method, which is to reach there by going downward. If the yogi penetrates through all the nadis, even those in hard-to-reach places, that will cause him to get in contact with the causal plane and beyond.

After the infusion session, I sat to meditate. At first I was with naad sound at the back of the head. After feeling stabilized there, I transferred to the top back center of the head. Then I moved to the brahmarandra area. All the while I checked to be sure that naad was by my side.
When I first got to the crown chakra, I pulled back and closed the visual interest energy. This causes a glow light to appear. It is better to say that I transited to another plane where a glow light is evidenced.
