Question for the Acharya

From your writings what you call the core-self is the seat of the Atman, or the Atman itself.

You have also mentioned that this core-self can be in 2 places, in the head and the heart (Hridaya).

This latter location was supported by Ramana Maharshi (spiritual heart location a little to the right of the physical heart), by Srila Yogeshwarananda (location of Atma inside a cave of the physical heart), and in the Upanishads.

Question: Is the core-self as you refer to it in the head a "reflection" of the one located in the heart?

It gets around?

And it can be in other locations in the body than the two aforementioned,

or even outside of it?

The limited core-self is one only, meaning one unit entity. It does not split into two. It is indivisible.

Location for the most part is in the head of the subtle body, but for very emotional persons, it might be housed up in the astral heart space which is in the center of the chest in the subtle body.

One way to look at this is to ask yourself if a businessman is located at his home or at his office.

Then ask yourself if he can be in those two places at once.

When in deep sleep, it may be that the core-self moved down into the heart space of the astral body, but when thinking and analyzing it is located in the head of the subtle form, except for those persons who think by operating emotional intelligence.

When all is said and done, regardless of where the core-self is located, it will have to be located in a certain place to conduct certain controls.

To do business, the businessman (businesswoman) will have to go to the office. To be relaxed with his family, he will have to go to his home.

It depends on what is to be accomplished.

Was Ramana Maharshi controlling his intellect from down in his subtle body heart?

Was Srila Yogeshwarananda doing that also?
