Quality of Meditation with and without raising Kundalini

The quality of the meditation that follows the breath infusion is totally different, and of course higher, if Kundalini was raised to the head during the pranayama practice, right before meditation.
I have been able to witness this repeatedly from both sides and that's why I write this so that other practitioners take heed if possible.
When Kundalini has not enervated the head or Brahmarandra during the breath infusion, the meditation is dull and the Naad sound often imperceptible. Besides, thoughts are more powerful and distracting.
When the opposite occurs, Naad is often blaring and leads the meditation, thoughts disappear, and there are periods of elongated dharana (concentration), thus dhyana occurs. This will, in time, lead to the goal of Samadhi.
