Psychosis in childhood

If you had a psychotic or mentally-disturbed condition early on in infancy and boyhood stages, then it is a carryover from the past life, meaning that you were into that in the past life in old age and passed from the last body with that condition in tact in the subtle body. It then surfaced early on again because it was part of the subtle body to begin with.

You have to study yourself to see how your psyche operates to be attracted to and to retain trauma or the effects of any type of emotional or mental trauma. Then you have to work on changing that in your psyche.

Meditation in the short range will aggravate such conditions but in the long terms will cure them. It is like some medicines where they make the person sicker initially but cures them in the long term.

The reason why meditation would cause this to be aggravated is that in meditation one focuses within the mind. Thus if one focuses in the mind, any aggravation within it might capture the focus, which in turn will strengthen the aggravation and reduce the authority of the observing self.

It is the same with some celibate practices in yoga, where initially they cause an increase in sexual interest even though in the long term they would result in a drastic reduction.

My advice is that you should take two actions in meditation. One action is the confrontation action. The other method is the run-away action.

Confrontation is always a dangerous thing to do because you never know if the energy is stronger or has more effective ammunition or if the enemy has a system which can nullify or jam your gun. So if you are going to use confrontation, you should have a plan B or an escape run-away procedure that will work when you find yourself in a jam.

Your meditation should have two stages, which have a notation state after the first stage and another notation stage after the final stage.

========================

Sit to meditate in a silent area.

Become aware of any thoughts which are in the mind.

Avoid the very big energetic thoughts and pick out one which is small and has little energy, one that you feel you can overcome.

Note this thought and see if you can stop it dead in its tracks so that you can stop it from developing or from enlarging and continuing.

If you can stop it, then do so and focus your attention on the place where that thought occurred even if that thought disappeared when you applied pressure to it.

If you cannot stop it, then note its development and try to reason with it to settle it or to solve it out.

===========================

After this, come out of the meditation and make a notation of what happened. If while doing what was described above you find that you were attracted to a more powerful thought energy in the mind and that you could not overcome that energy nor release yourself to go back to the little thought which had little power, then come out of the meditation and jot down what happened in a journal.

===========================

As soon as you stop jotting this down in your journal, return to meditate but this time you should have no interest in the front part of the subtle head. Try to turn about in your head so that you are looking through the back part of the head and your attention is focused on the back part.

If you find that this is difficult to do, then still try to turn yourself repeatedly. If during this practice, you find that you are back in the font part and you are under a hypnosis of a powerful thought pattern,; then do not worry about it, make no comment, just slowly turn yourself back to the back of head. Do this repeatedly if you have to.
