Psychic Perception with Bliss Energy

Breath Infusion this morning was productive. For the past two days I did not file full reports even though I practiced breath infusion and meditation. This is because of pressing social concerns and energies from people who have no interest in yoga.
Associating with people other than advanced yogi will always cause practice to be stalled or to decrease. If you mix contaminated water with purified water, you cannot truthfully say that the purified water is not contaminated. But of course a tea spoon of sewage in a large reservoir of purified water, won’t do much damage.
The problem arises when one does become bogged down with these social influences and they punch a hole in one’s spiritual practice.
This morning breath infusion began with a bang with the very first sequences of postures with breath infusion producing charged energy, kundalinis, all over the trunk of the subtle body. It was like when light suddenly illuminates a dark cave. The darkness might hesitate for a second to give up its space but then the harsh reality of the light faces it and smashes its territory to bits by sending flashing beams in all directions.
When I did the lotus posture which is one of the postures, I must do to secure the association of Srila Yogeshwarananda, there was light below flashing out on the pubic floor. The energy there was the same sexual energy but totally devoid of lust configuration. It was in the psychic perception mode, devoid of its usual passionate drives.
At one point with kundalini flashing down and hitting the pubic floor and then splitting off at right angles in all directions, I saw bright flashes of white light going here and there as I wiggled the torso from side to side in the lotus posture.
This is a big improvement because when I first began to do kundalini yoga using bhastrika way back in 1971, the rising of kundalini was only an upward movement with sexual polarity energy striking across from the sex organ chakra (not sex chakra on the spine). The infused energy would come down from the lungs, into the navel region. From there I would push it down further down the front of the lower trunk. It would strike the sex organ chakra, picked up a sexual polarity charge and then attack kundalini at the base chakra.
If the attack was successful or if the charged force, the mixture of breath energy and sex hormones, was high enough, the energy arced across to muladhara base chakra. Kundalini would try to run from it upwards through the spine into the head of the subtle body.
Once kundalini got into the head, it did one of three things:
Hit the buddhi intellect organ.
Hit the crown chakra.
Hit the third eye.
Either of these hits would cause supernatural experience in the head of the subtle body.
In that initial practice it may be said that the sexual energy was transmuted but in the practice I am doing now there is no transmutation because the energy does not carry a lusty charge. It is created in and remains in the clarifying mode (sattva guna). The energy is clean. It has a bliss aspect to it, which is distinctly light producing and gives psychic perception along with bliss force.
