Psyche Forward Focus/Pressure Energy Observation

This was the banner image that was presented a couple of other ones ago.

What I see in this image:

A stage in the course of practice where forward focus is applied within the perimeter of the psyche. That is why the image is in the course of practice for me. Upon charging the lifeforce and then pressure-willing or psychically forcing it to the higher energy center in the subtle form, through the agency of psychophysical locks, I have occasionally pressure-willed/ psychically forced within the psyche, a pressurized mind lock, as I (simply) focus to observe the manifestation of the energy that arose.

I must state that this not a process I learned somewhere. I my assessment, it is more so as prana led the way. In the flow of energy and its compulsory compressions in different areas of the body in order to preserve objectivity in the light of the intellect, I just started applying that lock within the head of the subtle body, the psyche.

I notice that it is a different way or maybe experience of observing the manifestation of the purifying psychic energy. It is almost as if I get to see deeper into the body/psyche complex.

The image could also apply to meditation. It can suggest looking forward, in addition to simultaneously tuning into the naad. However because there are two arrows in dots in either side within the psyche, and also the glaring shaded image smack in the center, with the attention positioned to maintain objectivity, I only see that it applies to kundalini yoga.

Of course the image could regard a totally different process, all according to practice.
