I have been doing Tai-Chi in this body for 17 years and it has been 1 year and seven months since Michael has shown me pranayama exercises. He suggested that I see how the pranayama practice is affecting the Tai-Chi practice. Is it beneficial or not? So this experiment is to get an understanding on how kundalani/chi is affecting the subtle body once it is energized through breath infusement. I will conduct this experiment for two weeks, so every morning early (6 am) I will rise from my bed and perform my pranayama practice then immediately after (physical eyes closed), I will do my Tai-Chi practice. Normally, I sit and meditate in half lotus posture or on my back with legs resting in a chair for 20 to 30 minutes. I will post each day separately.
Day 1:
The total session lasted about 40-45 minutes. 20 minutes of pranayama exercises were definitely above average. Could assess that a sufficient amount of fresh air was infused into the subtle body by the cool tingling sensation traveling thru lower parts of the subtle body. Was able to move kundalini/chi from its resting place into the lower region of the back and a 2nd time into the upper abdomen/heart region. As I completed, the final asana I could hear Naad on the right side of the subtle head. Immediately, began performing the Tai-Chi postures. In the vast darkness, there was a tiny bit of light shining down from the top of the subtle head. Like a lowly dimmed night light giving me just enough light to view the outline of the subtle body. Could faintly see the hands and arms glowing throughout the exercises while Naad remained clear in the distance. Thoughts images were moving slowly and only related to the Tai-Chi postures performed. Thoughts now and again would appear regarding Michael, Tai-Chi teacher and Taoist patriarchs. Performed two partial Tai-Chi forms, Lao Yang and Secret Yang for about 15 minutes then used the last 5-10 minutes for meditation in half lotus posture while the bliss energy dissolved in the subtle atmosphere.
