Recently, I came across a book called 'The Light Age'.

The book is said to have been inspired by the Rishis living in the Astral Realm and provides detailed information about Life as it began on Earth, the concept of Yugas, Pralaya, the Golden Age etc.

It contains some very fascinating information. The website also contains a lot of information into how the Rishis operate at the Astral Realm.
