Hello all,

Today's season was quite a desperate one,

While I try to be as much as patience with myself in making more and better progress, today's season I felt I was only focusing on squatting postures in order to raise kundalini, having mixed feelings wanting instant results which is obviously the wrong attitude.

I should have been more careful and not standing up from the posture thinking I will be able to control falling to the ground the last sec, since I got hit.. should be more careful about it next time.

I am not sure what it feels like after a sequence of breath infusion that the body can't take anymore air into the system. Sometimes latter in session I feel like the exhale out expulsion isn't much and much weaker almost like there isn't any air left to get out of the body no matter how strong and forcefully the breath is, I am not sure though if that is a sign to it..

I think one of my main problems is that I can't hold especially squatting postures for a long time, I have a real hard time doing it for more than 2 min..  every time I stand up from it won't it just "lunch" that charge, not infusing enough prana down there if I don't hold that posture for longer times?

MiBeloved's Response:

For now you may use the instant results demeanor as a place to start from. Then gradually over time you can change that as you develop confidence in the practice and begin to see its long-ranged returns.

MiBeloved's Response:

Kundalini is not concerned about the observing self in the psyche. It does not look out for the self.  It does not plan to satisfy the spiritual needs of the self. Hence it cannot be relied on to do the right thing. Kundalini is a creature survival psychic intelligence and a very ignorant one at that.

When you are doing postures, if your attention becomes lax, then kundalini might strike unawares and then you will realize it after kundalini subsides again and you are allowed to resume normal bodily consciousness.

Never walk away at the end of your practice in a don’t care mentally relaxed way. First wait a little with eyes closed paying attention to the energy movements within the psyche. Leave the session only after you are confident that kundalini has subsided.

MiBeloved's Response:

This is a subtle observation. You will know about it after some time of practicing and keeping the mind internalized. It feels as if you have compressed energy and then that energy is churning and churning about in a specific part of the subtle body, and then it is going from that infusion location to other parts of the pysche. Then it seems that there is no more energy churning or being distributed. Just about when you make that last observation, you will find that the lung system calls for more air. This is because the air which was infused was used out and then the lungs will be motivating one to breathe out and breathe in again.

MiBeloved's Response:

This is an important observation. When this happens then you have to trick the system. Kundalini does not want you to change the subtle body in any way. Therefore it obstructs you as much as it can. It will produce discouragement.

Most persons who get the opportunity to do pranayama practice and who shy away from it are being influenced by kundalini, which gives them the idea that it is a sheer waste of time or that they shouldn’t have to do anything that strenuous and extreme to make spiritual advancement.

The way to trick kundalini when it causes the system to stop absorbing air is to either do another posture and then continue the rapid breathing or press down the fingers and do the rapid breathing. The fingers if they are pressed down will cause the brain to feel as if the hands are doing work. Then the brain will give an order to the lungs to increase breathing. This will override the authority of the kundalini.

See this diagram about pushing down the fingers:

Be patient with yourself. Know that things will change over time, not overnight necessarily.
