Hello : )

Still falling every time to the ground when standing up from a squatting posture, trying to figure how to attack Kundalini with just fresh air by getting more rid of Apana (Carbon Dioxide). Even though I am not so sure how to make that exactly happen, maybe I should do more breath infusion with postures for a longer time.

I tried to put more emphases on the exhalation than the inhalation hoping to release more Carbon Dioxide.. didn't really work out, I also tried a more Kapalbhati Bhastrika Style, meaning doing Bhastrika but on exhale stroking the abdomen to squeeze more air out, though it's too much effort and didn't really bring much results either, so I am just going to continue doing it the way I know it giving much more time on postures.

What I did notice is, usually when I am about to fall on the ground and the noise gets really hard, it usually happens when I finish Breath Infusion sequence with a final hard hit doing 2 sec on inhale 2 sec on exhale.. in someone else case I think it will hit kundalini's base really hard! just doing 10 breaths of that kind knocks me already out.

It will take time.

The mastery will come after a certain time of practice.

It is like in school.

The student cannot write sentences in one day.

Yoga is not an instant success thing.

Be patient.

Gradually it will happen, just like in the case of weight lifters. They do not move from lifting 40 lbs. to pressing 400lbs just by practicing in a week. Time has to pitch in also.
