Did today 30 min of Breath Infusion (Kapalbhati), starting with 5 min in Seiza Posture, and another posture on all four.
Not really having used other postures as I said I would, I will leave that for next session, looking now for some postures that I will do one after another in order.
Though I have been trying the posture which is specially designed to raise the kundalini, taking in mind the risks.. however just after a few secs my legs start really to hurt, unable to continue standing that way..
After this practice I continued with 30 min of Spinal Breathing as suggested by Yogani which I have been doing nearly for 3 months now.

Seiza is a great posture and even if it is used with a cushion.
If your body is still, then use props.
My posture which you posted above was shown to me by Siddha Swami Muktananda. In that posture the breath passage is such that you can thrust in much air, straight down to the pubic area. In that posture you can bypass the navel region and directly blast out impurities in the sex organ territory.
