Practice was forceful. Surprisingly kundalini was not impressed. Breath was not intense enough.

Meditation was a little more focused than recently. For it being Sunday I was only feeling pressure of the things to do but not to hurry get ready for work.

Ends of 3 dreams were remembered.

Mon 08/27/2012

Practice routine was followed without persistence against the reaffirmed tensions in the body.

Variations in habits over the weekends work against my practice. The work week imposes a rigid regime throughout. The tight schedule is about the only positive from this angle.

Tue 08/28/2012

Practice routine was followed in depth. Tension was intense but was worked through with persistence. Built up over the week end is being alleviated.

I took additional time to make sure that my warm up was sufficient. I repeated accumulation areas stretches in order to help the session (since I have been feeling better for over a day now, and I was not facing a great time pressure this morning).

Breath intake could have been better. Kundalini arose 2 out of 3 solicitations (applied locks). Kundalini was generalized and not focused in the head.

Meditation on account of a good yoga session was better. There were slight tingling sensations going on in the whole body (like a blanket cover).

A dark blue dot appeared straight ahead for a split second and left. Then at the same place appeared a dark dot! (I thought the whole thing was area was dark...)

Then I realized that there was depth in the "darkness". It was an open space, it was different.

 

PM practice was short but allowed to stretch problem areas in order to ease AM session. These areas are mainly the glutes and hamstrings.

Kundalini did not rise. A short meditation followed, with an audible naad.

Wed 08/29/2012

Practice routine was followed in depth. There was tension in the hamstrings and glutes but no sense of pain. I was able to go a bit deeper in the stretching.

I began the session only after I was sure that enough tension was out of the way.

Breath intake could have been better. Kundalini arose under locks and was generalized.

Meditation was just okay.

Impressions from one dream remained upon waking up in middle of night.

 

PM practice was a short one focused on the hamstrings as well as the glutes.

Locks were applied at the end just as a matter of routine. However kundalini arose quiet powerfully, with a clearer energy field.

Thu 08/30/2012

Practice routine could not be followed on account of imposed circumstances, some complacency and a lack of commitment to the process.

The session was only for a few minutes with focus on critical aspects, namely the hamstrings and the glutes. Meditation was not afforded.

Kundalini did rise markedly. Now and even this time when kundalini rises I see some patterns. I would say that it is some energy formation...

The pattern reminds of the banner that is there now. The energy is not in the head but generalized usually more intense around the face, chest and front of the body.
