All things considered yoga practice was good today. I was able to follow my routine properly and even do some descent breathing.
When solicited kindalini raised in a diffuse fashion mainly in a sitting laying on the back position.
Meditation was more focused and naad was listened too.

All things considered yoga practice was good today. I was able to follow my routine, the stretches are again deep but I sense resistance, also even tenderness that feel at times like soreness. There was some descent breathing.
When solicited kindalini raised in a diffuse fashion mainly in a sitting laying on the back position.
Meditation was more focused and naad was listened too, but there is more...
I am still working my way back to a couple of months ago, particularly a few days to a couple of weeks of different unfavorable issues.
This is causing elimination of undesired particles to be noticed as I get deeper again, and I get to appreciate the challenge in purification, even at my shallow level.
I notice that the accumulation was not particularly painful, it is what I am normally used to. The elimination process on the other hand has undesirable effects on me depending on the length, amount and depth of the accumulations.
First there is removal of the used foods from the system through bowels, a lighter and more uplifting diet becoming predominant in the track pushes the other stuff out, and the system reacts to this cleansing.
Then, physically and internally by osmosis elimination is accelerated as the digestive track has now a lower pressure than the rest of the system. This is due to the difference in the nature of the ingested foods. And the blood/circulatory system carrying more positive/and vibrant particles. Now, toxins an even lighter form of negative particles than feces are caused to flush into the digestive track for elimination.
Altogether these will can cause a loss of weight depending on the bodily make, it does for me; and in the reverse I get a feeling of heaviness after just a few heavy and unsuitable meals.
Practice of bastrika takes the cleansing at a deeper level by involving deeper layers of the physical system and subsequently the subtle system follows suit.
So during meditation I experienced sexual agitation, and realized that there was possibly some deeper/ more subtle cleansing taking place.
The lust factor is due to become exacerbated before it decreases as these substances are agitated, brought at the surface and seek their way out.
Negative/heavier charges mostly are supportive of the material, fortifying kundalini's bastion.
So, I should only marvel in joy to see that I can even attempt some practice. If a short time of neglect can create so much, how much is my fortune after life times of abuse and deviations?

All things considered yoga practice was good today. I went through my routine, the stretches were good as for me, the body is giving in again slowly.
Breathing needs more attention.
When solicited kindalini raised well.
Meditation was interrupted as time run out. But the effects of the practice could still be felt as I stopped after 10 minutes.

Surya...nice that you started a new page, man, it was time...I like how you always "solicit" kundalini, it is a very "educated and polite" way, like talking French, anyhow...kundalini is a girl...right?

You are talking about one she-energy that deals with the lower and higher heads.
I guess I just can't stop the solicitation(s).
I kept going on the same long posting log because I was reluctant to sharing my discouraging energies with you all.
So I was trying to hide behind the numerous pages, even after Michael mentioned it to me. I'm that pompous.

Practice was very challenged this AM. The body simply would not yield to stretches.
Discouraging energies caused me to not finish my routine.
I am thinking of a number of reasons...
Kundalini however arose.

You can take credit for getting up and making an effort to practice!
Also, it is natural for the body to be stiff in the morning. One way to work with that, is to do a posture, and then do it again. On the repeat attempt, the body is usually a little more flexible. Another option is to do some warm up exercises before doing a serious session. Just remember that resistance (mental and physical) in the morning is the norm. When I lived in Guyana, South America, I always found that the body was most flexible in the heat of the day. Stiffness is alright. The main thing is to focus inwardly on the subtle body while you exercise.

Thank you for these very good pointers. Indeed, it is common sense to do some warm ups prior to any involved physical exercise, so warming up should also be done before the yoga routine is really began.
In addition to improving performance, warm-ups also help reduce risks of injuries.
Invariably most days are a battle for me and require effort and good attention. I will keep trying.

I practiced only to a very limited extend this AM.
Meditation was not much better, as it is drawn from practice.
A regular stress loaded circumstance recalled from dream.
