For those who practice forcefully, in a very intense way, the skill of yoga will be achieved very soon.

Om Yogi Madhvacharya Namah
Last afternoon and this morning I had the privilege again of practicing twice guided by the Acharya, who was present together with Jettins and Marcia Beloved.
Jettins was so kind as to invite me to stay overnight at his place where Marcia and the Acharya are temporarily staying near Orlando, FL.
The afternoon practice, around 4:30 PM was conducted under the central Florida sunshine, but the weather was still cool. This morning, the practice started at 4 AM and it was cooler. In both cases, the usual meditation followed.
During the AM breath infusion, I noticed that, right after conducting one of the kneeling asanas, the Acharya asked Jettins not to stand up. Later, when we spoke, I learned that a few days before, when doing this movement, he sustained a blackout, and that his neck channel opened and had remained opened. The question arose as to whether these blackouts are caused by a Kundalini arousal into the head or by hyper-ventilation. This same question was entertained in this forum at least once a few months ago. Today I can say that it can be caused by both. Why? By experience. The hyper-ventilation part is not related to the small-of-the-back granthi (knot), which is the one that, in my case by wiggling the waist, allows Kundalini to surmount the knot and rise up sushumna nadi. In this manner, I am able to differentiate between the 2 sources mentioned.
Today PM practice targeted the asanas that are most difficult to me, for 25 minutes. Meditation was interesting in that, towards the end of it, and without asking for it, there was a vision at the 3rd-eye location of a well-lit city corner with automobiles and a street light.
