तीव्रसंवेगानामआसन्नः ॥२१॥ = tīvrasaṃvegānāmāsannaḥ
For those who practice forcefully, in a very intense way, the skill of yoga will be achieved very soon.
Jai Shri Krishna
Om Yogi Madhvacharya Namah
I continue targeting 3 practices daily although in the last 2 weeks I have been busier with work than usual. But then 2 practices is the minimum I do, and this week I was able to do 3 practices daily as I did today. They coincide with the prescribed mantra chanting.
The 1st one around 4 AM is the longest one. Breath infusion minimum of 30 minutes, and emphasis on pranayam.
The 2nd one around noon I do under the South Florida sunshine, if permitted by weather, and I call it the "medicinal practice", as it basically targets a specific routine or part of the physical or subtle body. Breath infusion minimum of 20 minutes.
The 3rd one around 6 PM is the most productive one during the meditation that follows where the quality of Naad usually surpasses anything else obtained during the other two. Breath infusion minimum of 30 minutes and emphasis on asanas.
If I were to highlight any specific gains from the practice in the last month or so, I must say that it has come in the way of nurturing of Naad. Naad is now a common occurrence and the louder, the better, having now little problem to get the necessary help from it so that it leads the meditation.

Keep with naad until naad becomes your lover.
A certain craziness about naad has to be developed, and it is very similar to like when one man loves a woman or one woman loves a man.
When that happens nothing else has value. Because of that presidents were ruined, generals lost battles, people divorced their spouses, people killed others, people get fired from their jobs, people lost all their hard earned money, people abandoned morality, people did not give a damn about anything else.
When this happens then you are actually hearing naad!

Thank you very much.
Yes, I am trying to develop that relationship with Naad, which is coming along easily, by the way.
