Yoga-Breath of fire practice session:

Session was focused on the lower part of the body particularly on the left side.

Normally through bhastrika the elimination of carbon dioxide make is such that workout should not leave much soreness, but it is possible that loosened previously compacted negative elements are still on their way out even after the practice, and are stirred and lingering awaiting to be released before or they may resettle again.

 

The result is increasing detox symptoms of the body; burning/ cleansing by oxygen. As the system generally detoxifies over time, it can be also expected to become more performing in terms of utilization of nutrients therefore decreasing dietary rations.

 

Additionally, a cleaner system on the physical level can also imply subtle cleansing which involves the psycho-emotional. And, a lighter emotional content lowers the need for a lot of other external dependence.

 

Should this theory hold, the body should be riding of negative accumulated elements more and more, therefore there should be less obstructions and the energy should be able to rise more promptly and easily. However, that could simply be account of regularly doing practice, still it is a worthy question for me to investigate if successful kundalini yogis do fit a certain profile (to be determined).

 

Life Force Energy:

The energy was awakened, and manifested forcefully throughout.

It was also noted that the energy tends to linger out and about in the bodies a bit longer.

In such cases I am not sure what I should do next (aside from attempting to observe and analyze what is taking place in the subtle side). Typically, in cases where kundalini is solicited and the locks are applied, the neck lock implies that the one holds the breath.

But should kundalini linger around for an extend amount of time, how long is one expected to hold the locks? How is one advised to come out of the locks while kundalini is still out of the sacrum area?

 

Mind focus:

Subtle transcendental sound frequencies were perceptible.

It was noted that there is constant shifting between the perceiving apparatus and the frequencies themselves. These shifts are not easy to determine for me. I realize them after the facts.

 

Form recent post of Yogiraja I feel okay regarding my naad, which had been known to be fragment, schizoid, split… so there are different types of perceptions of naad. The cosmic naad I usually hear on the right but occasionally on the left. However, I also hear other sounds like a hollow wood sound, or water quality sound…

These other naads would be more so reverberations from energy centers within the body or perhaps even reverberations from other cosmic bodies. It is good to have some type of explanation.

 

The frequencies were generally tuned to at the back of the head with a few attempts to refocus.

 

After about 10 minutes into meditation frequency accelerations/ intensifications were felt as concentration is focused on frequency (source?), they were happening at about every minute and last the blink of an eye, and very seldom prolong beyond. The same phenomenon is observed at sleep time.

 

Goals and Objectives – long term (maintained):

> Detecting the subtle body:

-More focus on internalization and especially what goes on regarding lower part of the body during practice.

-Allow the energy to shed light into the obscure areas; it will show the way!

> Make sessions more targeted.

- Loosen tension areas about the sacrum on the left side.

Subtle body ventures or interests recalled synopses:

 :-) ... was witnessing 3 Westerns in Asia. They hired a prostitute to have sex with. After the first 2 were done, I could see what the third guy, the last one was doing. It is as though my eyes could see through things, and they were hiding behind a car.

I came to and thought bad of myself to find myself at such places, especially spying on such acts.

I got a bit of light made some notes and checked the time it was about 3:30 am. I lay to sleep a bit more.

Before elapsing to sleep again I started to send or wish positive energy on my subtle body from the head down, so that I do not go back to low vibration areas (I don't know why I thought that should work or where that idea came from, but it seemed the thing to do), within seconds, before I was done and reached the feet, I felt a body laying next me on my right side, my left side was on the bed. I was not scared, but I froze as I tried to understand what was happening, what it could be.

I could feel the form very real and physical. I was trying very hard to understand what was going on. I new this was happening beyond the shadow of a doubt. I did not feel that I was paralyzed neither was I trying to fight. I just wanted to understand. So I slightly nudged my shoulder up, and it reacted by adjusting the pressure of its weight on me. Next I pushed slightly with my finger, it immediately readjusted the pressure on me at that area.

 

Reflections:

Bhastrika breathing & Yoga movements’ outer mechanism: Expanded on

The practitioner infuses air (fresh) into the lungs; the alveoli in the end portion of the lungs are tiny enough that red blood cells which are present in the blood will bind to the oxygen, using their hemoglobin protein content, and swim along.

 

The entire system is then oxygenized as there will be more oxygen floating around than carbon dioxide. The stretching/ plying/ twisting … of a particular area will direct the flow of fresh blood there along with the attention/ awareness. At the same time stored "carbonized" materials is expelled. This is all reflected in the subtle system naturally.

Pushing more oxygen in lower trunk “airs” that area and intimidates kundalini’s stronghold.

 

At the same time working on that area stimulates the long bones of the legs particularly the thigh bone or femur. Bone marrow produces red blood cells, but also other blood agents; therefore the process is also potentially increasing the production of red blood cells, beyond the normal daily rate of 500 billion red blood cells a day and hence increasing the capacity of the blood to carry even more oxygen.

Hyperventilation or overbreathing is the state of breathing faster or deeper than normal,[1] causing excessive expulsion of circulating carbon dioxide.[2] It can result from a psychological state such as a panic attack, from a physiological condition such as metabolic acidosis, can be brought about by lifestyle risk factors or voluntarily as in the yogic practice of Bhastrika. It often occurs together with labored breathing, which, in contrast, can also be a response to increased carbon dioxide levels.

The bone marrow also produces white blood cells; they are the defense, protection and clean up force of the body, in all six different categories are created. This implies an increased health as a by-product of the process as the immune system builds up.

 

This, I can be a good experiment for. Being very prone to catching bugs that go around and working around population, I can easily observe the difference in time…

 

In addition, work out on the physical level releases endorphin that boosts the mood, decreasing the need for artificially engineered mood enhancers.

 

All things considered the yogi by regular practice and gradual adjustments puts time and health on their side, two good allies on a path that is very lengthy and unusually demanding.

Locks should be held until you feel that the kundalini energy is either diffused out or squeezed and compressed fully so that it almost seems to disappear.

 

In the case where kundalini diffused out it will feel as if it was either absorbed or melted away completely.

 

In the case where it was compressed inwards on itself, it will seem that it reached a flash point and then vanished or sometimes it feels as if it reaches a point of diamond hardness and then disappears.

 

These will be experiences if the yogi is giving full attention within to the place where kundalini or the infused breath energy accumulated.
