Yoga-Breath of fire practice session:
Session was focused on the lower part of the body with particular effort on the left side.
Life Force Energy:
The energy was awakened, and manifested throughout.
Locks were not maintained thoroughly until complete dissipation of the energy, as I ran out of breath.
Compression was executed in a limited fashion as attention/ will power followed the energy as it spread/ manifested, encouraging it to spread further, as well as shed insight/ light into the subtle body.
Compression does not allow directing the flow of energy at this developmental stage.
Looking down into the trunk: an inquiry
It appears easier to look at the back of the head than to turn the visual apparatus downward. Attempting to look downward especially while engaged in the practice (versus sitting and stable in meditation) tends to not achieve much at this stage the foreground seems to still be in the front only!
Belly burnt follow up: an inquiry
As was shared that eventually from working stomach tissue/ muscles something would give out from the navel down. What is implied in that information? How does one realize that this has happened? What is achieved by such?
Mind focus: a dynamic and exerted process of observing and analyzing by the mind and intellect (?)
Subtle transcendental sound frequencies were perceptible.
It was noted that there is constant shifting between the perceiving apparatus and the frequencies themselves. When noticed the inner mechanism of these shifts is not observed.
The frequencies were generally tuned to at the back of the head with a few attempts to refocus.
Goals and Objectives –long term:
Maintained.
Book Readings:
The "Yoga Sutras" of Pantajali; Enlightenment in practical terms!
Subtle body ventures or interests recalled synopses:
Association with MiBe & a random association with a young White couple who has adopted a lot of kids mainly young Black males.
Reflections:
Still thinking, lest I stop imagining!

Keep trying to look down.
It is not natural but it will become natural over time.
