Yoga-Breath of fire practice session:
Session was focused on the lower part of the body with particular effort on the left side.
Life Force Energy:
The energy was awakened, and manifested throughout. Tingling sensations were felt in the stomach area and all around.
The energy could be felt tingling in the feet in particular as well as the hands.
Locks were not maintained thoroughly until complete dissipation of the energy, as I run out of breath.
Attempt was made to condense the energy as previously directed. However this process is not well understood. The attempt at this point consists of trying to compress the accumulated prana in further; beyond the point where the locks were applied.
Mind focus:
Subtle transcendental sound frequencies were perceptible.
It was noted that there is constant shifting between the perceiving apparatus and the frequencies themselves. When noticed the inner mechanism of these shifts is not observed.
The frequencies were generally tuned to at the back of the head with a few attempts to refocus.
Goals and Objectives –long term:
Maintained.
Book Readings:
The "Yoga Sutras" of Pantajali; Enlightenment in practical terms!
Subtle body ventures or interests recalled synopses:
Random family association.
Reflections:
Still thinking, lest I stop imagining!

MiBeloved's Response:
Please do not confuse the locks with the compression of the infuse energy. The locks are one thing. The compression of the infused energy is something else.
The locks keep the infused energy and the infused mixed energy from escaping the psyche.
Once the locks are secured, then you can work on the mixed infused energy in the psyche to direct it here or there or even to compress it or to diffuse it. The pressure or attention which is applied to do this is not the locks. It is your internal focus into the psyche.
The locks are like the tire valve and the vulcanized rubber used to stoop punctures. That is not the same as dealing with what is happening in the tire itself.
With the locks you want to close all passages where energy leaks out, except for the third eye and the crown chakra.
But dealing with the energy in the psyche is a different matter, because then you are not concerned with leaks since everything is sealed up. Then you can really take a look at the nature of the infused energy, at its movements, at its expansion or contraction, etc.

So is the concentration about observing what is going on in the psyche?
Kundalini is rising. The energy has been spreading as far as I notice practically to all parts of the bodies, and with different feel/sensation as well as foregrounds, patterns and colors.
I observe what happens within, while the energy is still up and about. Many times I let go of the breath because the energy is up longer than I can hold my breath. At times I engage in more breaths and the next posture and the energy is still manifesting.
This is as far as the locks achieve.
I still do not see the subtle body per se, even though I think I may be looking into it as I follow the spread of the energy, as well as try to willfully (through awareness and presence) guide it further out to the edges of the body.
I am not sure as to what to work on next. I feel that the next thing would be to condense the kundalini energy, and watch it morph or shift in representation or simply watch it dissipate; the latter being the default alternative.
I just don't understand how that is done.

MiBeloved's Response:
Some days and some days only due to the energy in the atmosphere, one will feels as if one ran out of breath during a session, as you term it. This may also happen due to the attitude and health condition of the blood corpuscles where they just are not taking in the oxygen fully. Or they are unable to completely assimilate the oxygen which they are exposed to in the lungs. Some of this is due to the chemical composition of the blood on a particular day.
This will happen. It is just alright because this is nature. She does her own thing now and again which is not what we might think to be the right thing. Since Nature is the boss and we are the little scruffs, we have to find a way of adjusting.
Here is what I do, when I find that I run out of breath (your words), then I stop my session for a bit and do some deep breathing. Usually for about 15 breaths or more. This is when I inhale through the nostrils deliberately and bring the air down into the lowest part of the lung, then I exhale through the mouth. I pay attention internally to what I am doing so that the air goes down to the bottom of the lung. Usually this solves the problem.
I want to stress that this does happen as you stated. Thanks for posting this since I may never have explained this without your noting it here.

MiBeloved's Response:
If you have a tire and it has holes and one valve. Then that one valve is the lung apparatus. So at that valve you want a one way system where whatever air goes in cannot pass through the valve in the opposite direction. But in this case, carbon dioxide passes but not the fresh air which you are pumping in.
The various holes in the tire are the various chakras. Especially the root chakra, the sex chakra, the navel chakra, the neck chakra, the third eye and the crown chakra. (I did not list the heart chakra but that is a chakra).
So those puncture holes need to be sealed at the tire shop (the locks).
But once you get that done you can air up the tire. Once you air up the tire, then what is happening inside the tire?
Somewhere in the tire you will find energy build up due to the breath infusion. You have to have a way of dealing with those energy bursts.
The locks or vulcanized punctures have nothing to do with that.

MiBeloved's Response:
You are seeing it but you are not seeing it because you are carrying over into the experience of the visual definition of seeing from your use of material eyeballs.
When you are ready to experience with an open mind, then let us talk about this again.
You came to class with a definition from your previous environment and so we cannot make any progress.
