YOGA:
Yoga practice this AM in spite of some forceful breath infusion and good stretches the mind was not staying within due to lack of sufficient night sleep.
MEDITATION:
Naad was initially faint in the background as I was only listening. Upon paying attention to naad the pitch increased. Still on account of only very little sleep it was very challenging to focus.
SUBTLE CONTACT:
Found myself with dealing in family sphere with the situation of one particular brother of mine.
OTHERS:
Need to reread and study first chapter of meditation pictorial, as prescribed by the author in order to sort out my meditation.
Need to read Uddhava-Gita in order to understand more regarding social implications and sort out social affairs presented in dreams.

The matter of sleep is important in yoga practice. The student should be sure to be free from anxieties which cause insomnia. Insufficient sleeps put the person in a bad relationship with his or her kundalini and then guess who will be sorry?
Be sure to get the proper rest if you can. Do justice to the physical system and the psychic system, otherwise the yoga practice will not be as desired.
One of the five chitta vrittis (cittavrittis) listed by Patanjali is sleep. It is one of the aspects which a yogi is required to control. The way to control it is to give the system its quota of sleep.
