YOGA:
Yoga practice this AM allowed for some good air intake. There are some postures within which I can breath more intensely than other.
I did not feel any aggressive move of kundalini energy, but gentler. I am understanding that the intensity of kundalini can depends on how it is solicited along with the application of the locks, but it always has a way for surprising me; I think it's fun.
MEDITATION:
Challenging. Naad audible in the background, more present at the right. However, imagination and concerns from the social spheres disturb the frontal region.
A lot of tingling sensations felt in the hands. Recently this has been happening and it is intensifying. The sensations continue beyond the time I sit and meditate. However, in the course of meditation I am not sure if I should focus on them in addition to listening to naad and keeping awareness of the visual apparatus.
PM Yoga Practice: My body was very yielding, and breathing would have been satisfactory if I had made a goal. Rather I was going with the stretches and working into my blockages. Kundalini raised intensely upon solicitation by 3/4 the way into the session.
PM Meditation: Challenging in spite of naad audible in higher pitch all along the back. My focus was in the front was short but perhaps sharper. Intense tingling sensations in the hands, and they initially felt like I was holding balls of soft fire. Sensations in the bottom of the feet as well.
SUBTLE CONTACT:
Some diffuse and wacky dream; four white horses, introduced through the sex organ and I saturate the sacrum through breath infusion!!?
I figure this is the result of reading Michael on the forum while multitasking all day... bad scrambled eggs effect; not good!
OTHERS:
Need to reread and study first chapter of meditation pictorial, as prescribed by the author in order to sort out my meditation.
Need to read Uddhava-Gita in order to understand more regarding social implications and sort out social affairs presented in dreams.

MiBeloved’s Response:
Students should be concerned to be breathing intensely because that is how the diaphragm and the intercostals muscles are toned. However one should not think that a good breathing rate with an aggressive drawing in of and discharge of air, means that the lungs are responding.
The response of the lungs operate through a different system of nerve instructions in the body, such that you might be doing the breathing in the correct way and the lungs might just not be absorbing the fresh air nor discharging much used air.

MiBeloved’s Response:
Tingling sensations anywhere in the body should be noted, as these are usually the nadis. By noting these one develops confidence in yoga gurus like Swami Shivananda who made a chart showing the nadis. One also develops confidence in statement in the ancient yoga books which say for instance that there are 72,000 nadis.
Eventually there will be visual perception of the nadis and/or pranavision which is vision through micro particles of prana, like how a fly sees through the many compounded eyes which it has.
Take note of this and then go back to meditation in the head of the subtle body.
The preferred time to take note of nadis is during breath infusion practice. One can note many nadis if one is attentive within during practice, and does not have a skeptic’s restrictive way of perceiving what is in the psyche.
