Tues. - 10/16/2012

Yoga- Breath of fire practice session:

Session had stamina. Body was stretched well. The routine was followed.

 

Untamed Energy:

The energy awakened, and the body charged.

Attention was repeatedly directed towards the bottom, in an attempt to observe, and understand.

 

Mind focus:

Subtle sound frequency was perceptible.

Naad frequency listened to at the back of the head with difficulty and repeated redirections.

 

Goals/Objectives:

> More focus on internalization and especially what goes on regarding lower part of the body during practice.

> Redefine my progress, not be so rushed by stripping practice of signs of precipitation and eagerness. Time lost will not be made up. Humble aims will assist in keeping the focus on the basics.

 

Book Reading:

The "Yoga Sutras" of Pantajali; Enlightenment in practical terms!

The book is as though a code that can only be approached by practicing yogis.

 

Meditation Pictorial or Sleep Paralysis.

Wed. - 10/17/2012

Yoga- Breath of fire practice session:

Session lacked stamina. Body was stretched. The routine was modified to adapt to body quick back.

 

Untamed Energy:

The energy awakened, and the body charged.

Attention was repeatedly directed towards the bottom, in an attempt to observe, and understand.

Blockage on the right side involving lower back, gluts, and thigh, was more accurately assessed since yesterday relatively deep reaching stretches.

 

More time was taken to go deeper into the tissues and more stress was placed on the exercises that supported this endeavor. I am assuming that this ultimately impacts on the subtle body even though I am still not able to see into it.

 

Mind focus:

Subtle sound frequency was perceptible.

Naad frequency was listened to at the back of the head with less difficulty and just a limited number of wandering towards the end of the sitting.

 

During meditation some accelerations of naad were felt, they feel like the frequency gets denser for just a second or so; as if I am being pulled into something. I feel this usually taking place towards the upper center of the head, and also at the back where back of the head meditation (into naad) takes place.

This also happens often before sleep, although I may not be feeling that sleep is imminent.

 

Goals/Objectives:

> More focus on internalization and especially what goes on regarding lower part of the body during practice.

> Redefine my progress, not be so rushed by stripping practice of signs of precipitation and eagerness. Time lost will not be made up. Humble aims will assist in keeping the focus on the basics.

The book is as though a code that can only be approached by practicing yogis.

 

Subtle body ventures/ interests recalled:

Particular social venture as a result of watching presidential debate before sleep.

Thurs. - 10/18/2012

Yoga- Breath of fire practice session:

Session was challenged. Body could not be worked with. The routine was applied.

 

Untamed Energy:

The energy was not awakened, and the body did not charge.

Blockage on the right side involving lower back, gluts, and thigh, was more accurately assessed since yesterday relatively deep reaching stretches.

Deeper reach into the tissues by stretching has caused quick back from the body that needs to repair and adjust. Attempts especially around the blockage gave acute pains.

 

Mind focus:

Subtle sound frequency was perceptible.

Naad frequency was listened to at the back of the head with repeated attempts to continue.

 

Goals & Objectives:

> More focus on internalization and especially what goes on regarding lower part of the body during practice.

> Redefine my progress, not be so rushed, and strip practice of signs of precipitation and eagerness. Time lost will not be made up. Humble aims will assist in keeping the focus on the basics.

Subtle body ventures or interests as recalled:

Two dreams dealing with family involvements were recalled. It seemed so obvious that I would not forget them; I did not care to note them and dosed some more, so no recall.
