PM Practice (previous evening): light bhastrika session.
And, finishing "Sleep Paralysis”.
AM Practice (4:15-5:30):
Postures-breathing-life force energizing session for 60 minutes, including 10 minutes warm up;
Then, an attempt to meditate for 15 minutes.
Session lacked vigor. Cold weather is making it not possible to properly air the practice area. Stretches were very challenging. The routine was followed to a great extent.
Kundalini awoke and remained aroused, but the energy was generally harder to stir, and less volatile. Foregrounds as presented could be observed.
When the surge would rise to the head, forceful concentration in the mind was consistently causing a light headedness, just as the charge was manifesting in the head.
Many are the manifestations of kundalini energy in terms of the patterns of the foreground, the coloring presented, the intensity of the surges and the sensations felt and their types. In addition, locations of these manifestations may be related to the exercises that brought them about.
Meditation:
Naad frequency was perceptible. The body may not have been charged enough to allow for a better and longer meditation.
Goals/Objectives are observed.
Adjusted: shifting paradigm of focusing on excitements around kundalini manifestations to the basics of reading scriptures as indicated by repeated instructions and recently hard learned lessons.
Book Reading consisted of the "Yoga Sutras".
Enlightenment in practical terms!
Subtle body ventures/ interests recalled (2): random wanderings of the subtle body shared via email with MIB.

MiBeloved's Response:
Forceful concentration should begin in the spine. Student should not wait until kundalini gets into the head to apply the concentration. If it is done in this way, then the student will not be able to control kundalini because kundalini will be outside of the psychological grasp of the student.
Student should be looking down into the body, down into the base and should practice to exert control there, so that at the initial move of kundalini, student is compressing it and controlling its expansion.

PM Practice (previous evening): light and brief bhastrika session.
And reading of "Meditation Pictorial”.
AM Practice (6:45 - 7:30):
Postures-breathing-life force energizing session for 30 minutes, including 10 minutes warm up;
Then, an attempt to meditate for 10 minutes.
Session lacked vigor. Body wouldn't stretch. The routine was shortened to a great extent.
Kundalini Energy: The energy awoke and remained aroused. Foregrounds as presented could be observed.
When the surge would rise to the head, forceful concentration in the mind was consistently causing a light headedness, just as the charge was manifesting in the head. Attempts were made to put awareness in the lower part of the body prior to kundalini arising.
Kundalini Corner:
> Many are the manifestations of kundalini energy in terms of the patterns of the foreground, the coloring presented, the intensity of the surges and the sensations felt and their types. In addition, locations of these manifestations may be related to the exercises that brought them about.
> Even though the body may not be charged at a given session, kundalini can still rise sufficiently. Its arousal is dependent on cumulative effective charging of the body. This is different from meditation which is directly related to prana charging session that just ended. Perception of naad I see as being somewhere in between.
Meditation:
Naad frequency was perceptible but not loudly. The body may not have been charged enough to allow for a better and longer meditation.
Goals/Objectives are observed.
Adjustment: shifting paradigm of focusing on excitements around kundalini manifestations to the basics of reading scriptures as indicated by repeated instructions and recently hard learned lessons.
In a quest to understand the best attitude to adopt towards kundalini, as the most natural energy, yet perceived as so distant and foreign.
Book Reading consisted of the "Yoga Sutras".

:-) ...I am running along a group. Eventually it’s only me next to some guy it seems that we were chasing. I use my cell-phone to record the chase or the fugitive; he talks to me running not very anxious or upset. We cross open fields and arrive at a ravine where the grass is much taller. I am at the local authority, some kind of prince or king; he is lying down on a sort of veranda with a helper right there. I show him the images from my cell phone (it is my current phone). I use my fingers to adjust the images of the pursuit to him. I offer to get my charger in case my phone runs out. He agrees with me that from that location it wouldn't be difficult to get the runner. I explained that he could just put pictures out; he says that they were getting ready to make a film of it.
Yesterday, one of the parents in my meeting was heavily tattooed and was wearing certain type of garment. Perhaps for having worked as an education counselor in prison, I "felt" some vibes that linked him to previous gang activities, or just wondered about for a minute.
