AM Practice (mid-morning):
Postures-breathing-life force energizing session for 50 minutes, including 10 minutes warm up;
Then, an attempt to meditate for 30 minutes.
Kundalini awoke and was easily and continually aroused.
Matsyasana/ fish pose simplified, modified to accommodate kriya locks following sufficient breaths caused kundalini to overtake the buddhi organ.
Efforts were made to focus more for the session including frequent breaks to center the mind.
But, a random compression caused the objectivity to again become completely overwhelmed.
I was able to talk myself into finishing the session, bypassing intense poses. Some part of the sessions were pushed through in spite of a sense of daze, and cloudiness in thinking.
I am amazed at the swiftness and ease with which kundalini brushes aside my sense of objectivity. I feel utterly powerless at this point. I recall attempting to resist, I just did not stand a chance.
And once it has taken over, it is up to kundalini how it will run the show and for how long. During that time, I can see how there can be feeling of madness or psychosis, since objectivity is lost; what to think!?
This might take me some time...
Meditation:
Naad at its normal source of the right side could be perceived. The frequency of naad at the back was generally loud.
Within about 15 minutes of staying with naad I noticed (this happened before) that it was difficult to stay put at that location due to the fact that some formations like gyrations of waves where taking place in the mind space very close to the center (I think) and the attention wanted to witness them.
Other manifestations of the presence of charge in the body also caused distraction in apprehension of kundalini.
Goals/Objectives are observed.
Adjusted: shifting paradigm of focusing on excitements around kundalini manifestations to the basics of reading scriptures as indicated by repeated instructions and recently hard learned lessons.
In a quest to understand the best attitude to adopt towards kundalini, as the most natural energy, yet perceived as so distant and foreign.
Book Reading consisted of the "Yoga Sutras".
Enlightenment in practical terms!
Subtle body ventures/ interests as recalled and shared with MIB: random subtle association and wandering.

What this means is that kundalini yoga is not for spaced-out cases.
It is a very high practice.

Kundalini awoke and was continually aroused.

Intense areas in the session caused foreground to come about, since I was still easing myself out of the posture, I was concerned about a blast of kundalini at such time(s). I was rather trying to avoid the energy and keep it low key.
Kundalini was not solicited in classic fashions as the energy could be sufficiently felt throughout the practice.
For the second half of the session I had to exert myself to focus in order to continue, as when under influence you must focus extra to do anything (if you know what I mean).
The objective mind can become clouded even without an upsurge!
It appears that it will take more than focus at least the type of focus I know in order to gain some level of control over the force.
At this point I believe I have answered a timely question (it is still too soon however). How to proceed, since I don’t have nearly the control it takes, and kundalini comes on too strong. What I need to do now to not be so concerned about raising kundalini the classic means, but to tune into its subtle manifestations; that is plenty to deal with right now.

Half way through it became an uphill battle to stay at the back, it just wasn't happening. So I just settled for listening to it, and practiced some of the exercises from Meditation Pictorial.
Conclusion: no control over kundalini, no control over mind.
And, this being all about control, I am S.O.L for now!
