Tues. - 09/25/2012
(Previous) PM practice: short kundalini yoga session followed with a brief study of "Meditation Pictorial" and a reading of "Sleep Paralysis".
Practice:
Effective Prana-Yoga-Kundalini session for over 45 minutes, including 10 minutes of warm up; followed by an attempt to meditate for 20 minutes.
Resistance was felt all along practice, yet some immersion/connectedness at the end.
Very bright golden short lines (like twigs) formed around the eyes area about four on each side. It was very brief only a second or two, and my eyes were closed prior to it happening.
An adapted cobra posture allowed for a perception of soul power.
Belly-core-facial burning was felt. It involves a burning sensation of the muscles/tissues from the belly radiating outwards into the back and is accompanied with a burning sensation of the facial muscles.
Then I compressed the energy (again), pushed it downward, and as it was pulled upwards, and upon applying the locks, kundalini arose, and presented a fiery golden background, stable and not vibrating and wavy as usual. And more importantly there was I sense of me being there observing. And I was able to observe, not just look or see.
Kundalini has been noted since a few days to manifest in different ways. Kundalini has usually come up as an energy force and presented colored visual backgrounds. That normally happens with applied locks.
However, more recently, it has also manifested even without the locks being applied, but with sufficient compression. In those cases it tends to manifest as a power, like a blow/ push/ jab; almost physical. Not just physical in the sense of physically falling to the ground.
Yesterday, at the end of session and upon compressing the prana on as I was concluding practice, I had to catch my balance. It was as though someone had pushed me with invisible hands; very quick and subtle at the same time powerful. I couldn't quiet wrap my mind around it, so I brushed it aside. But I again felt a similar power today.
Modified/adapted plank rose kundalini, and as I observed there were no colored background. A darker shimmering background usually comes up in this posture with an overpowering manifestation of the energy/power in the chest and face area.
Meditation: upon starting I noticed the finer brittle bells was very faint (insufficient session). I knew that it is so hard to stay with it that it wouldn't last. After 5 minutes, I started to think how safe and secured it felt being there (like in a small shelter) as opposed to the regular naad, that was feeling like a huge dense dark forest all around me. Well, it was lost after that. Then the rhythmic naad was on a slower rhythm/revolution, and faded. So I stayed with the regular naad. I noticed that it is easier to get distracted in the regular naad. The deeper finer naad is easiest for me to stay with.
“Be still! Stay there! And, don’t you move!”
Naad could be heard in the afternoon at work.
Goals/Objectives are observed.
Book Reading consisted of the "Yoga Sutras".
‘Stop the influence of the Self by the mento-emotional energy, whether such energy is shallow or deep, positive or negative; so as to redirect the Self inward, by systematic retraction of the senses’.
I do not have any yogin qualities in the least degree of these standards, but only by encouragements or my own ignorance.
Subtle Dimension Interactions could not be recalled and no impression could be recaptured.

(Previous) PM practice: session/meditation - 20 minutes /5 minutes.
Brief study of "Meditation Pictorial" was not afforded, but a short reading of "Sleep Paralysis".
When body-core burn was performed at the end of session, kundalini arose.
It was in the form of a glaring golden form. An indigo space appeared and then appeared the form it was very large going from the head to the chest. It almost looked like a relic. I was caught off guard since it was a short session to stretch the body mainly.
I did compression of prana and I reached backwards to apply the locks the energy came up and then I froze, I couldn't move as though the energy was holding me in place. It went on and stayed until it felt that I was gasping for air. I was also trying to figure out when where and how I was going to fall and start shaking, but there was no loss of consciousness.
Michael explained that loss of external awareness occurs when the kundalini enters the head in a pointed, focused way from the spine, not when it is dispersed to other parts. So this manifestation of kundalini was through a smaller channel.
AM Practice:
Effective Prana-Yoga-Kundalini session for over 60 minutes, including 10 minutes of warm up; followed by an attempt to meditate for 20 minutes.
Body-core-burning was done, and yielded a bright colored shape.
I was informed by Michael that some type of illustration is needed for these poses. I will work on that with his help over the weekend.
Kundalini has been noted since a few days to manifest in different ways. This has been confirmed by Michael and it can depend on the asanas that is performed when kundalini was solicited/ directed.

Meditation:
In early morning preparing for practice I could hear my “pulsar” naad.
During meditation, finer naad was very faint, and was connected with only the first 5 minutes.
Then I was pulled into the generalized naad. This naad can frustrate me. It feels like being in a forest full of crickets and I am looking for the source of the sound. It is difficult to focus.
I will try to post an illustration of naad as I have experienced it at times.

Subtle Dimension Interactions:
I woke up in the middle of the night after receiving 2 instructions/ teachings on the practice to do with the subtle part of the back. I told myself that these instructions are so major, and so timely for me that there is just no way I would forget them, so I did not take care to open my eyes and write them down. Snafu! I woke up only remembering talking myself out of something important. I shall have to settle with Morpheus at another time.
:-) ...a previous boss wished me to come by (I know). He wanted to ask me advice regarding his relationship. So he kept on asking and wanting to know what I think about the situation. I tried to put it in terms of the fact that he may do things/ act in a certain way that causes reactions that he may not want. He seemed to understand. We were standing on the street in his neighborhood, and the police came to address his relationship.
