तीव्रसंवेगानामआसन्नः ॥२१॥ = tīvrasaṃvegānāmāsannaḥ
For those who practice forcefully, in a very intense way, the skill of yoga will be achieved very soon.
Jai Shri Krishna
Om Yogi Madhvacharya Namah
After a while doing the breath infusion, when things start to come automatically, then the issue of concentration, perforce, will have to be faced squarely, otherwise much or some of the energy will be spent unsuccessfully, there will be little air intake in the lungs and psychologically, the energy will leak out in the forms of thoughts and fancies in the mind.
This is defined as "the psychological lock", which is nothing else than the 5th stage of Patanjali: Pratyahara, which comes after, no surprise, pranayama or breath infusion.
Today I knew intuitively that I am advancing a little on the pratyahara front because of the ability to look inwards, mainly in the head of the subtle body, and see the movement of the Kundalini energy. This movement manifested as if it was snowing inside the head. There was also an absence of thoughts. I could feel the lungs absorbing most of the air.
To advance in this front regulation of the life force is of the essence. Several things can throw one off; most importantly, diet, eating late in the day, un-spiritual images and recollection, mundane social interactions, and sex.
Meditation followed in the usual pattern with Naad sound leading it.

The psychological lock was nicely described. It seems that you are getting the hang of it.
There is so much to do for success in yoga. It is a very complex process, so many little aspects must be completed. It is a wonder that yoga is described as being something anyone can do.
