For those who practice forcefully, in a very intense way, the skill of yoga will be achieved very soon.

From the practice with the Acharya, I was left with the good habit of waking up at 3 AM for yoga sadhana and practice. How lucky I am. Only "problem" is that I often wake up when my wife goes to bed, ha, ha, and go to bed when she comes back from aerobic class. Another advantage is that all the crazy Cubans in the neighborhood are sleeping, thus no loud talk and derelict music in the air.
So I am managing about 45 minutes of concentrated breath infusion in the AM, concentrating on perfecting the use of locks and developing the introspection to be able to see both the subtle body and the Kundalini. Kundalini is easily aroused up Sushumna nadi when solicited. I use this to my advantage right before meditation, which follows the breath infusion. Naad is usually quite strong after the pranayama. PM practice is left for the most forceful asanas, as recommended by Hariharananda Guruji.
Where is dear Acharya Ji? He has been temporarily swallowed by a sea of family affairs and social conundrums. Now I can appreciate the tremendous level of concentration and yogic output that he generated while in "seclusion" in that place near "Las Vegas", Nevada. If this can occur to a Mahayogi like him, imagine the effect of Prakriti on us regular folks and aspiring yogis.
