तीव्रसंवेगानाम आसन्नः२१॥ = tīvrasavegānām āsanna

 

For those who practice forcefully, in a very intense way, the skill of yoga will be achieved very soon.

 

AM

Woke up at 4:30 AM (Brahma-Muhurta). Practiced yoga part of the day, due to work interaction.

 

Austerities:

1.    Restrictive diet on track. No solid food after lunch.

 

Study: Study of same spiritual books from same author, including summary, drawings and notes, continued.

 

Additional Spiritual Practice: None.

 

Breath Infusion: Practice of 30 minutes.

 

Meditation: Meditation on Naad for 30 minutes, challenged as usual in the AM, by thoughts.

 

Dream recall: 1 dreams recalled.

 

PM

Strong prânâyâma practice for 40 minutes.

 

Meditation for 40 minutes was good. Naad was quite strong as usual. Dhyana (elongation of the state of concentration) occurs for periods at which the concept of time is mostly lost, without thoughts.
