AM Practice
Woke up at 5:00 AM (Brahma-Muhurta). Practice was standard and lasted over one hour.
Svadhyaya: Continued study of several spiritual books of the same author.
Dedication: Mantra session dedicated to Mahadeva, doing Tratak (eye concentration) on effigy of Lord Shiva using a Mala for 10 minutes.
Breath Infusion: 45 minutes breath-of-fire prânâyâma while doing several asanas. Kundalini was solicited up sushumna thrice.
Meditation: 30 minutes with concentration on naad on back of head. Naad was low this AM, but enough for concentrating on it, interestingly, it became clearer as time passed.
Sadhana and Tapasya Planning for the Day:
1. Thokar Kriya in between breath-of-fire sessions.
2. As little interaction with others as possible.
3. Eat as little as possible, juicing + flaxseed oil/cottage shake with cheese with fruits and nuts.
4. Long study session.
5. Sanskrit translation.
Dream recall: 1 dream recalled.

How are you managing your late eating?
When is the last main meal?
Alfredo 5 years ago
Badly!
I wanted to make the last meal on or before 6 PM, but I could not do it mainly because of family situations, as I have been doing the second practice from 6 to 7 PM, and I have the late meal after. But I am committed to change that starting today, even before what you wrote above, so as of today, I will start 2nd practice earlier. I know that a late meal messes up yoga practice, period, especially dream recall.
What do you recommend?

I don't recommend anything. I was just curious to know.
You have to manage it according to your social circumstance.
But the real monitor of this is your practice. If your practice intensifies, the practice itself will dictate what you can and cannot do. Eventually you will be in a fix to decide which influence to be under:
practice or social circumstance.

PM Practice
Did not do any Thokar pranayam as the study got the best of me. Moved up the practice time to accommodate for earlier "dinner" (blended food).
Started practice of sun-gazing above and beyond daily sunbaths.
Breath infusion for 30 minutes. I could trace Kundalini twice after solicitation up sushumna and into head where it circled inside and around in a ring of fire.
Meditation for about the same time. Naad was rather low, distributed at the back of the head, but there was a "needle Naad" coming from the left ear, which is where I concentrated for the duration of the meditation. Thoughts have decreased a bit.
