For those who practice forcefully, in a very intense way, the skill of yoga will be achieved very soon.

AM: Emphasis on pranayama - breath infusion - for about 40 minutes. Concentrated on the practice of the locks and in keeping an inner awareness of the movement of energy. An effort is made, especially in the mornings, to infuse the head with air and prana so as to decrease the chitta vrittis.  Meditation followed with concentration on Naad.

PM: Emphasis on asanas while rapid-breathing (in compliance with suggestion from Hariharananda Guruji). A new development this afternoon was that I could see Kundalini entering the head in the form of smoky, white light, that illuminated the inside of the head, this occurred after the kneeling asanas. Meditation on Naad followed right after this event.

It is not easy to remember because its ending sound is variant as compared to the aya ending sound for the dative case in Sanskrit of the a (ah) ending nouns.

The u ending nouns use a dative case ending as ave where the uh converts into ave

Om pranavayave namah
