AM Practice

Practice was standard and lasted over one hour. It was affected, energy-wise, by going to bed late last night.

 

Tapasyā (टपस्या):

1.    As little interaction with others as possible.

2.    Eat as little as possible.

3.    Study session.

4.    Solar gazing and sunbathing.

 

Svādhyāya (स्वाध्याय): Study of several spiritual books by the same author.

 

Prāāyāma (प्राणायाम): 30 minutes of breath infusion without breaks. Used different floor asanas. Kundalini was solicited twice up sushumna applying locks.

 

Sayama (संयम): Meditation on Naad for 30 minutes.

 

Dream recall: Dreaming interaction was of spiritual nature, but most of it was forgotten upon awakening.

PM Practice

 

Strong breath infusion session of 35 minutes.

 

I am encouraged by the Naad meditation that followed as, contrary to the AM sessions, is a joy and mostly devoid of thoughts, Naad leading the way.
