AM Practice
Practice was standard and lasted about one hour.
Tapasyā (टपस्या):
1. As little interaction with others as possible.
2. Little food.
3. Citric diet.
4. Long study session.
5. Thokar Kriya in between AM & PM practices.
6. Sunbath and solar gazing.
Svādhyāya (स्वाध्याय): Continued study of several spiritual books of the same author.
Ishvara Pranidhana (ईश्वर प्रणिधान): Reflection on Shiva, to be fully occupied with Shiva alone. Shiva mantra.
Prāṇāyāma (प्राणायाम): 30 minutes of breath infusion. Tried 2 new floor asanas.
Saṃyama (संयम): Meditation on Naad. Naad sound was stronger from left where its vortex was identified and latched onto. Struggle with thoughts continue, especially during the AM session.
Dream recall: Several dreams recalled, nothing untoward.

Completed 24 cycles of Thokar Kriya before practice.
PM Practice lasted 1 hour.
Introduced 1 floor asana with rapid breathing breath infusion: "self-tantric Kriya" (inspired by Swami Satyananda). Kundalini mildly obedient to solicitation.
Naad quite strong. Ability to latch onto it and stay on it was encouraging.
