तीव्रसंवेगानाम आसन्नः२१॥ = tīvrasavegānām āsanna

 

For those who practice forcefully, in a very intense way, the skill of yoga will be achieved very soon.

 

AM

Woke up at 4:30 AM (Brahma-Muhurta). Practiced yoga all day.

 

Austerities:

1.    Restricted social interaction.

2.    Restrictive diet on track. Citric diet.

 

Study: Study of same spiritual books from same author, including summary, drawings and notes, continued. Read also Swami Shivananda’s “Kundalini Yoga”.

 

Additional Practices:

1.    Sunbathe and sun-gaze with closed eyes.

 

Breath Infusion: Practice of 30 minutes.

 

Meditation: Meditation on Naad for 30 minutes.

 

Dream recall: 1 dream recalled.

 

PM

Satsang, reading and meditation at the South Florida Hindu Temple, Sri Aurobindo’s shrine.

Strong prânâyâma practice for 35 minutes.

Meditation for 20 minutes on Naad was good.
