तीव्रसंवेगानाम आसन्नः२१॥ = tīvrasavegānām āsanna

 

For those who practice forcefully, in a very intense way, the skill of yoga will be achieved very soon.

 

नमः शिवाय

 

AM

Woke up at 4:30 AM (Brahma-Muhurta). Practiced yoga all day.

 

Austerities:

1.   Social interaction kept to a bare minimum, so as to concentrate fully on the practice of yoga (hiding in samsara!).

2.   Restrictive diet on track. No solid food after lunch, no wheat products, mostly raw diet.

 

Study: Study of same spiritual books from same author, including summary, drawings and notes, continued.

 

Additional Spiritual Practice:

1.    Tratak on Sun on stand-by.

2.    Conducted rounds of Nadi Shodhana prânâyâma as explained by Swami Shivananda in “Kundalini Yoga” book.

 

Breath Infusion: Practice of 35 minutes was good for the AM.

 

Meditation: Meditation on Naad for 30 minutes.

 

Dream recall: 2 dreams recalled.

 

PM

Satsang, meditation for ½ hour and reading at Sri Aurobindo shrine at South Florida Hindu Temple.

 

Very strong prânâyâma practice for 35 minutes. Sweated profusely.

 

Meditation was good for my level. Naad was quite strong and led the meditation most of the time with few interruptions.
