तीव्रसंवेगानाम आसन्नः२१॥ = tīvrasavegānām āsanna

 

For those who practice forcefully, in a very intense way, the skill of yoga will be achieved very soon.

 

AM

Woke up at 4:30 AM (Brahma-Muhurta). Practiced yoga all day.

 

Austerities:

1.    Restricted social interaction.

2.    Restrictive diet on track. Citric diet.

 

Study: Study of same spiritual books from same author, including summary, drawings and notes, continued. Read also Swami Shivananda’s “Kundalini Yoga”.

 

Additional Practices:

1.    Sunbathe and sun-gaze with closed eyes.

2.    Many rounds Thokar Kriya prânâyâma between AM and PM practices.

 

Breath Infusion: Practice of 30 minutes.

 

Meditation: Meditation on Naad for 30 minutes.

 

Dream recall: 2 dreams recalled.

 

PM

Strong prânâyâma practice for 35 minutes.

 

Meditation for 30 minutes on Naad was very good. Pranava very strong all around the back of the head. Wave after wave of white light entered through the 3rd eye and enervated the head, creating an electrical feeling around the crown chakra. Very little thought disturbance. Normal consciousness was lost temporarily at one point, giving way to a concentrated point of light on the 3rd eye.
