नमः शिवाय

AM Practice

Woke up at 3:00 AM (Brahma-Muhurta). Practice was good and lasted about one hour.

Tapasyā (टपस्या):

1.    As little interaction with others as possible.

2.    Eat as little as possible.

3.    Citric (lemon) diet, both juice and frozen grated whole.

4.    Long study session.

5.    Sunbath and solar gazing.

Svādhyāya (स्वाध्याय): Continued study of several spiritual books of the same author.

Ishvara Pranidhana (ईश्वर प्रणिधान): Reflection on the Lord, talking about It, mutually producing logical arguments about It – thus to be fully occupied with It alone.

Prāāyāma (प्राणायाम): Emphasis was placed on learning how to infuse the subtle body with concentration, so that the practice becomes more and more automatic towards the cleansing of the subtle body and less conscious of the physical part. Movements of the Kundalini are easily traceable once infusion sparks the base chakra while in agnisara or kneeling asanas, after the body returns to an erect posture applying different locks. Consciousness during asanas is also geared into the subtle level.

Sayama (संयम): Meditation on Naad was good and mostly peaceful, with little thought harassment.

Dream recall: 2 dreams recalled, nothing untoward.

Be sure to get organic citrus.

Non organic citrus means that your body has to deal with harsh chemicals produced from urea and other types of man-made fertilizers which might damage organs and cell structures because citrus plants take up strong chemicals from the soil.

Thanks, I will get the organic lemons.

PM Practice consisted of over 100 rounds of Thokar Kriya while reading/studying, followed by 30/30 minutes breath infusion and Naad meditation, which has improved in quality lately.
