AM Practice

Woke up at 3:30 AM (Brahma-Muhurta). Practice was standard and lasted over one hour.

Tapasyā (टपस्या):

1.    As little interaction with others as possible.

2.    Continue water-only fast.

3.    Long study session.

4.    Solar gazing and sunbathing.

Svādhyāya (स्वाध्याय): Study of several spiritual books by the same author.

Ishvara Pranidhana (ईश्वर प्रणिधान): Reflection on Shiva, to be fully occupied with Shiva alone. Offering of water to Lord Shiva.

Prāāyāma (प्राणायाम): 30 minutes of breath infusion. Rehearsed all new floor asanas learned. Kundalini was solicited twice up sushumna applying locks.

Sayama (संयम): Meditation on Naad for 30 minutes.

Dream recall: Several dreams recalled. The longest was a family setting and business venture. Found myself as an entrepreneur who purchased a very interesting foundry. This was a one-man shop with a round pit or well with a furnace at the bottom, metal parts were lowered using an electric crane, heated, and then removed and molded using a hammer. Nice strenuous work and exercise. I had to work all night, my wife there helping and encouraging me. Later my brother showed up and I instructed him into the intricacies of the business, reluctantly I must say. The shop was opened later for what it looked like a garage sale, selling everything in hand for a profit.

PM Practice

Continued water-only fast and study.

Preliminary 120 cycles of Thokar Kriya (1 hour), followed by 30/30 minutes each breath infusion and meditation.

Forceful breath-of-fire emphasizing in cognition of subtle body, is now streamlined into several asanas. Kundalini is usually solicited twice during the middle of the practice, and at the end.

Naad was very strong from all over the back of the head, still higher pitch and node from the left ear. Little thoughts allow in the PM for periods of Dhyana (elongated Dharana or concentration).
