तीव्रसंवेगानाम आसन्नः ॥२१॥ = tīvrasaṃvegānām āsannaḥ
For those who practice forcefully, in a very intense way, the skill of yoga will be achieved very soon.
AM
Woke up at 4:00 AM (Brahma-Muhurta). Practiced yoga all day.
Austerities:
1. Restricted social interaction.
2. Restrictive diet on track. Dropped experimental water-only fast on Fridays and settled on daily fast when no solid food is taken after lunch (one veggie juice at around 3-4 PM).
Study: Study of same spiritual books from same author, including summary, drawings and notes, continued. Read also Swami Shivananda’s “Kundalini Yoga”.
Additional Practices:
1. Sunbathe and sun-gaze with closed eyes.
2. Thokar Kriya prânâyâma between AM and PM practices.
Breath Infusion: Practice of 30 minutes.
Meditation: Meditation on Naad for 20 minutes.
Dream recall: Very good quality of recall from 2 dreams. The second one with Acharya Michael Beloved, we traveled on a plane to a foreign country after meeting for the first time, I understood this country was Germany, but, to find a place where to chat in peace, we entered a location where some people were celebrating an event, 4 girls in ethnic custom, white with blue rims’ dressed, offered some food, by their looks, the looks of the people seating on tables, the food, and the cooks at the end, I said: Greeks, this is a Greek wedding.

Strong prânâyâma practice for 35 minutes.
Meditation for 30 minutes on Naad was good.
