AM Practice
Woke up at 5:00 AM (Brahma-muhurta). Quality of practice was standard. It consisted of 65 minutes in a motel room with the air conditioning off and the window open.
Svadhyaya: Returned to study “Meditation Pictorial”, Chapter 11 “Meditation is Required”. Almost finished with this chapter, thru the part relating to astral projections of the subtle body.
Dedication: Practice dedicated to Lord Shiva after 5-minute mantra (Om Namah Shivaya) incantation.
Breath Infusion: 30 minutes of Bhastrika prânâyâma. Half the practice was dedicated to the process of clearing the thighs of apana air (CO2), and infusing prana (fresh O2) into them. Towards the end of the practice Kundalini was solicited in earnest and arose forcefully and successfully. Meditation followed immediately.
Meditation: 30 minutes meditation on the back of the head in shavasana (cadaver position = reclining). Most of the meditation consisted of concentration on the area of the back of the head. The concentration for the first time has been taken from the top of the back of the head, to above the neck in the back, as explained in “Meditation Pictorial”.
Dream recall: 4 dreams recalled clearly! This was a whole night affair, and one of the 4 was clearly a lucid dream. I wish I could say they were spiritual or that I dreamed of angels, but no, the dreams were dull and one even dreadful, where I was limping with my right foot, meaning that the surgery and wound were carried onto the subtle body. Keep on trucking!

PM Practice
Practice was good. It consisted of 60 minutes in a motel room with the air conditioning off and the window open.
Svadhyaya: Continued with “Meditation Pictorial”, started Chapter 12 “Mystic Inside”.
Breath Infusion: 30 minutes of Bhastrika prânâyâma. Kundalini was solicited once successfully. Meditation followed immediately.
Meditation: 30 minutes meditation on the back of the head in shavasana (cadaver position = reclining). Most of the meditation consisted of concentration on the area of the back of the head. Naad sound was strong, at a higher pitch from left ear. Meditation was conducted by tuning to Naad. Struggle to bring focus back to it or back of head continues.
