AM Practice
Woke up at 5:00 AM (Brahma-Muhurta). Practice was standard overall and lasted approximately 70 minutes.
Svadhyaya: Continued with “Bhagavad Gita Explained”, Chapter 2, out of the dejection of Arjuna and into the Samkhya (Buddhi) yoga.
Dedication: 10-minute mantra session and doing Tratak (eye concentration) on effigy of Lord Shiva using a Maalaa.
Breath Infusion: 30 minutes of Bhastrika prânâyâma while doing several asanas, standing, seating, and floor. Infusion emphasis was mainly on the lower trunk. Kundalini was solicited up sushumna twice.
Meditation: 30 minutes with concentration on naad on back of head. No efforts were made to move from there during the whole meditation. Concentration on Naad is becoming easier (Dharana), with a tendency to stay put for longer periods of time without effort (Dhyana).
Sadhana Planning and Tapasya:
1. Doing as much Bhastrika prânâyâma as possible.
2. Continue diet of vegetable juice and flaxseed/cottage cheese blended together to shed 11 lbs.
3. Continue 2nd Kriya prânâyâma in between the 2 main bhastrika practices (AM and PM) when time permits and observe the effects.
Dream recall: 1 dream recalled and logged in notebook.

As soon as a special diet stops, the physical body and astral supports will resume their usually attitude towards nutrition. Because of withdrawal of their support, the special diet’s effect will go into a reversal.
Take this into consideration.

PM Practice consisted of 30 minutes of Bhastrika pranayama, followed by approximately the same time of meditation.
Naad sound was blaring from both ears, as usual during the PM practice, I did not try to move with it anywhere, but stayed tuned to it all the time, bringing the attention back to it as many times as it strayed away (Dharana), chances for effortless concentration continue to improve little by little.

Best procedure is to just stay with naad and let that be your only objective at this stage.
Out of this will come a development, where you will find yourself relocated from naad to elsewhere especially to the frontal part of the head?
Once you find yourself there, then you have to ask yourself how you got there in the first place.
Repeatedly make some quiet investigation about this, but be sure to immediately relocate yourself to naad if you find that you relocated without naad or that you relocated and are viewing the thought/image display up front.
If you relocated and naad is there with the same intensity as it has at the back of the head, then stay wherever you find yourself with naad and notice if there is any other development.
There will be times when naad itself moves you or convey you forward but when it does so, it will be with you in the same intensity, and the thought/image display apparatus will not be operating.
