AM Practice
Woke up for practice at 4:30 (Brahma-muhurta). Quality of practice was good. It consisted of 80 minutes in a motel room with the air conditioning off and the window open. Emphasis was on dream recall.
Svadhyaya: Continued study of 2nd Chapter of “Bhagavad Gita Explained” named “Divine State”.
Dedication: Practice dedicated to Lord Shiva after mantra (Om Namah Shivaya) and incantation.
Breath Infusion: 40 minutes of Bhastrika prânâyâma infusing breath on the navel. Kundalini arose forcefully towards the end.
Meditation: 40 minutes meditation on the back of the head in shavasana (cadaver position = reclining). Most of the meditation consisted of concentration on the area of the back of the head. Naad sound was heard all along. The concentration is brought back and elongated carefully and painstakingly, for the goal of long-lasting relaxed Dhyana (“S” word banned from now on, ha, ha).
Dream recall: Two dream recalled, one of them vividly (non-lucid). I am in the process of releasing hold of some pent-up angers from the past. One of them is injury, torture, and damage inflicted on this body in Castro’s jails around the age of 22. As a result I have had for the last 30 years a recurring nightmare revolving around that issue. This nightmare, in one form or another, but always with the same theme, recurs about every 3 months. It happened again last night. The usual suspects were there; Castro’s police, and so on. The goal is for this one to be the last one.

It is not Castro, it is why be in that location at the time in the first place.
What force caused one to be there?
Locate and then blame that.

Castro no? Ha, ha. OK
I am in the process of throwing Castro by the wayside, finally. Incredible.
I believe you, it is just I am ignorant of that real cause.
But if you know, and I believe you can, please tell me because that knowledge would be very helpful to me at this point in my life.

I don't know anything about it. I do not pry into the lives of others. Besides I have my own puzzles to solve out and my own riddles to overcome.
The main thing however is that you have to settle up with Castro and the way to do that is to realize that the guy was just a pawn of providence, a sort of container in which all those people who hated the colonial exploitation of Cuba at the time, put in their resentments. His personality became the personification of those resentments and that in a way is too bad for him.
The guy is to be pitied because of what he will have to do to get his psyche purged of those energies.
