AM Practice
Woke up at 4:00 AM (Brahma-Muhurta). Practice was standard overall and lasted approximately 65 minutes. It was compressed into that time due to business commitment. It is good to do spurs of 1-hour breath infusion, as then ½ hour becomes much easier to do and the quality of it improves.
Svadhyaya: Continued second round of “Anu Gita Explained”.
Dedication: 5-minute mantra session and Puja doing Tratak (eye concentration) on effigy of Lord Shiva using a Maalaa.
Breath Infusion: 30 minutes of Bhastrika prânâyâma while doing several asanas. Infusion emphasis was on the lower trunk and thighs.
Meditation: Consisted of 30 minutes with concentration on Naad sound after bringing the concentration slowly to the back of the head. Naad was stronger coming from the left ear. Naad faded away towards the middle of the practice, and then concentration on the back of the head was continued.
Spiritual State of Mind and Sadhana Planning:
1. Doing as much Bhastrika prânâyâma as possible. Try 2nd-kriya prânâyâma sessions in between 2 main sessions when time allows.
2. Increasing meditation quality and time.
3. Listening to Naad during the day while in the midst of chores, this as a mantra and spiritual reminder.
4. Thought control and tracking.
5. Continue with the practice of not eating anything solid after 6 PM.
Dream recall: One dream recalled.

PM Practice
Consisted of 30 minutes bhastrika pranayama in the most compressed way I can do today, meaning very little to no break. Elongation of the belly 1-2 inches.
One can do that for 1/2 hour after going on 1-hours several times.
The K factor was whipped up twice, one mildly, the second time spectacularly, meaning to the floor with me, don't try this at home, please, or you can hit a sprinklers as it happened to Dean once, ha, ha. However, there are several crazy yogis around here that would still do it, I am afraid.
Meditation followed for 1/2 hour. I was close to trance at least twice, after elongating the concentration with joy effortlessly for several minutes at a time (Dhyana). How do I know? One knows, the loosening of consciousness, the cataleptic, sleep-paralysis-like insinuation.
