AM Practice
Woke up at 4:30 AM (Brahma-muhurta). Quality of practice was good. It consisted of 110 minutes in a motel room with the air conditioning off and the window open.
Svadhyaya: Continued with the study of “Meditation Pictorial”, Chapter 13.
Dedication: Practice dedicated to Lord Shiva after 5-minute mantra incantation and prayer.
Breath Infusion: 60 minutes (1-hour) of Bhastrika prânâyâma in various asanas with no interruption. Kundalini was solicited successfully 4 times. Meditation followed immediately.
Meditation: 45 minutes meditation on the back of the head in shavasana (cadaver position = reclining). Naad sound was loud, coming from the left ear. Meditation consisted of anchoring to naad until it waned away, then on concentration on the back of the head.
Dream recall: One dream clearly recalled of social import.

PM Practice
Practice was good. It consisted of 45 minutes in a motel room with the air conditioning off and the window open.
Breath Infusion: 25 minutes of Bhastrika prânâyâma. Kundalini was solicited twice successfully. Meditation followed after the 2nd attempt.
Question: I notice that as Kundalini is raised more than once in one practice, it becomes more difficult to do it again, or it does not raise with the same force, as if it exhausts itself. Is that a common experience?
Meditation: 20 minutes meditation on the back of the head in shavasana (cadaver position = reclining). Most of the meditation consisted of concentration on the area of the back of the head and on Naad sound. Naad sound was very strong during the whole meditation.
