AM Practice
Woke up during Brahma-Muhurta (4:30 AM).
Svadhyaya: Almost finished with Chapter 18 of Uddhava Gita “The Supreme Lord Releases the Avanti Brahmin”. There are many profound teachings in this chapter, mainly pertaining to the detrimental relationship of wealth to the spiritual path. The story of the Avanti Brahmin could be that of any yogi.
Dedication: Practice dedicated to Lord Shiva.
Breath Infusion: I have been fighting a cold since Sunday, thus the breath infusion practice has been curtailed to about 10-15 minutes without soliciting Kundalini.
Meditation: Meditation was conducted by concentrating on the back of the head and thus warding off thoughts. It lasted approximately 60 minutes. A couple of interesting things occurred. I could see the hands of my astral body for a while separating upwards. Many pages of text appeared on the mind's eye while eyes were closed and a sleep mask on them, and could be read perfectly, however I noticed that the English grammar was faulty.
Dream recall: No dream recalled.

Please be on the lookout for location of the visions and perceptions, as to whether they are in the head of the subtle body, just outside the head in the front, and where in the head exactly in reference to the location of the core-self. Of course it may be difficult to tell what is the core-self and what are the adjuncts due to the oneness illusions.
Is the core-self in a chamber?
Is the core-self the chamber?
Is there anything else in the chamber?
Make the effort for this clarity as you proceed from here out.
