AM Practice
Practice was standard overall and lasted 65 minutes. These days at home, I sometimes prefer to do the AM practice around 9 AM because the quality of Naad sound is much better, at least in my case.
Svadhyaya: Continued with “Meditation Pictorial”, Chapter 14: “Thought Concentration”.
Dedication: 5-minute mantra session invocation of Lord Shiva. Practice dedicated to Lord Shiva.
Breath Infusion: 30 minutes of Bhastrika prânâyâma while doing several asanas. Breath infusion was doubled up in effort like yesterday. Sweated profusely. Infusion emphasis was on the feet and lower extremities.
Meditation: Consisted of 30 minutes with concentration on Naad sound. I can stay tuned to Naad for longer periods. Now I understand the instruction that tuning to Naad is more important than even the concentration on the back of the head, and that’s what I am doing.
Spiritual State of Mind: It continues to be challenged in the subtle realm by the low quality of dreams.
Dream recall: 3 dreams recalled. None of them worthy of being mentioned here.

MiBeloved's Response:
At least this is a heads-up about the state and intrinsic substance of the subtle body, so that the student yogi has no illusion about going to heaven or going anywhere for that matter if he parts from the physical system.
This is real satya or truth.
Every once in a while read through the Bardo Thodol, Tibetan book of approaches at death of the physical body, to get some reference on where the subtle body will go if the physical form dies.
Better to know that you are going nowhere than to fantasize all sorts of utopian destination, when the fact is that your gut level has no elevation in it.
