AM Practice
Practice was good overall and lasted approximately 75 minutes.
Svadhyaya: Finished with “Patanjali Yoga Sutras”, last chapter “Kaivalya Pada”. This book is a reference book that should be reviewed and crosschecked often, as it is, perhaps, the greatest treatise on yoga. Started second round of “Anu Gita Explained”.
Puja and Dedication: 10-minute mantra session and Puja doing Tratak (eye concentration) on effigy of Lord Shiva using a Maalaa. Puja on Ishtadevata Mahayogin Lord Shiva, using Arati lamp and incense.
Breath Infusion: 30 minutes of Bhastrika prânâyâma while doing several asanas. Infusion emphasis was on the lower trunk. Kundalini continues to be solicited successfully, as instructed, at least once per session.
Meditation: Consisted of 35 minutes with concentration on Naad sound after bringing the concentration slowly to the back of the head. Naad was stronger coming from the left ear.
Spiritual State of Mind and Sadhana Planning:
1. Doing as much Bhastrika prânâyâma as possible.
2. Increasing meditation quality and time.
3. Listening to Naad during the day while in the midst of chores, this as a mantra and spiritual reminder.
4. Controlling thoughts by using Pratipaksha Bhavana (rapidly changing bad thoughts for the thought of God using Brahman-Abhyasa, often using a mantra as the tool).
5. Continue abstaining from food after 6 PM.
Dream recall: Dream recall was very good in terms of remembrance. 2 dreams recalled. Dreams were of mundane and social character.

PM Practice
Breath Infusion: Consisted of a compacted 20-minute Bhastrika prânâyâma practice in different asanas.
Meditation: Consisted of 15 minutes with strict concentration on Naad sound. Naad sound was blasting from both ears, which has become a common occurrence during the afternoon practice.
The above was followed by Satsang, group lecture, and 30-minute meditation at the Hindu Temple of South Florida.
