AM Practice
Woke up during Brahma-Muhurta (4:30 AM). Practice conducted at home was standard overall. Emphasis was on dream recall.
Svadhyaya: Studied Paul Brunton’s dream and sleep meditations, which were partially discussed here on this site yesterday.
Dedication: Short mantra session invocation of Lord Shiva. Practice dedicated to Lord Shiva.
Breath Infusion: 30 minutes of Bhastrika prânâyâma. Kundalini responded when solicited with the kneeling asana.
Meditation: Consisted of 30 minutes with concentration on the back of the head. Naad sound was audible but low. Usual struggle to keep the concentration on target. Several visions occurred.
Dream recall: Tried to follow the details of the sleep and dream meditation mentioned above. One should aspire to see himself forcefully waking up in his sleep enough to be fully aware that he is still dreaming but not enough to be aware of the physical world which has been left behind. The mind must be utterly intent when giving the nightly self-suggestion and nothing else should be permitted to gain a mental foothold. He will assist the development if he takes particular note of the most vivid and most lucid dreams which leave a sharp impression in the mind and keeps a brief written record of them. If therefore he wishes to remember more of any dream he must take the utmost care not to get out of bed abruptly.
What occurred is that I found myself in a long lucid dream (I knew I was dreaming), regarding the lucidity of dreams themselves. In other words, I had to convince myself several times that I was dreaming and that the purpose of the dream was to gain lucidity and knowledge of dreams themselves. As a result, I came in and out of that lucidity several times. It was a learning experience.
This technique seems to be very powerful and works immediately. I had used it several years ago, but never in conjunction with the new teachings and the Bhastrika practice. It is important not to go to bed right after having dinner or a copious meal, for it to work.

Great contribution for dream recalling, but I would think for gaining lucidity as well.
Thank you very much, I should want to apply.
So Alfredo prabhu, I would gladly take you on your offer of a copy of the digital book (unlimitedsun@gmail.com)
