AM Practice
Woke up during Brahma-Muhurta (3:30 AM). Practice conducted at home was good overall and lasted 110 minutes.
Svadhyaya: Continued with “Yoga Sutras of Patanjali” back at home, starting with Chapter 3 “Vibhuti Pada” (Glory Displayed).
Dedication: 5-minute mantra session invocation of Lord Shiva. Practice dedicated to Lord Shiva.
Breath Infusion: 45 minutes of Bhastrika prânâyâma while doing several asanas. Half of the time was used in infusing fresh prana into the thighs, and extracting apana from them. Kundalini was solicited successfully twice before going into meditation.
Meditation: Consisted of 60 minutes with concentration on the back of the head. Naad sound was audible and was followed and tuned into at first, but, interestingly enough, today there was a desire to just latch on to concentration at the back of the head, which was found to be easier than at other times. I could elongate this concentration for several minutes effortlessly (Dhyana), which is one of the main purposes of the meditation at the stage I am in.
Dream recall: Several dreams were recalled distinctly. None of them were transcendental or beyond mundane import.

PM Practice
Practice continued at home was good and lasted 60 minutes.
Svadhyaya: Continued with “Yoga Sutras of Patanjali”, starting with Chapter 3 “Vibhuti Pada” (Glory Displayed).
Breath Infusion: Consisted of a 30-minute Bhastrika prânâyâma practice. Kundalini was successfully solicited and raised up sushumna forcefully twice during the practice. Both cases produced a black out. Meditation was started immediately after the 2nd one.
Meditation: Consisted of 30 minutes with concentration on the back of the head. Naad sound was quite high, mostly coming from the left ear. Meditation consisted in tuning to Naad and getting into the first 2 steps of Samyama. It is working a little bit more every day.
